Planning and preparation
Careful preparation prevents confusion on moving day. That is why we determine in advance what will be moved, when the work will take place and which rooms or departments will be handled first.
We also take your daily business operations into account. Workstations, documents, equipment and other business assets that need to remain available are moved at the appropriate time. Where necessary, we carry out the relocation in phases, outside office hours or at weekends.
We also agree who is responsible for packing, disassembly and preparing the different areas. This ensures that your employees and our moving team can begin the relocation well prepared.
Labelling moving boxes
Once the schedule has been agreed, the practical preparation begins. A clear labelling system ensures that every moving box and item is delivered directly to the correct destination.
We provide coloured labels and agree in advance which colour, code or number belongs to each department and room. The same markings can be included in the layout plan for the new location.
This allows the moving team to see immediately where every box, workstation or cabinet needs to be placed. It prevents unnecessary searching, opening and moving during the relocation.
When agreed, we can also provide moving boxes, packing materials and clear instructions for your employees. You can handle the packing yourself or leave the entire process to us.
