Can family or carers be present during the move?
Of course. Family members, carers or support persons are welcome to be involved and present during the move. If you prefer, we can also coordinate the planning and arrangements directly with them.
Are My Belongings Insured During the Move?
Yes. Your belongings are insured up to €100,000 during the move. We also handle your possessions with care and make sure furniture and other items are properly protected during transport.
Do I get a fixed contact person?
Yes. You always have one fixed point of contact who guides you before, during and after the move.
Do you also help with packing and unpacking?
Yes. We can carefully pack your belongings and unpack them again in your new home. Furniture, boxes and other items are placed directly in the correct rooms.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend planning your move several weeks in advance. This gives us enough time to prepare everything carefully and coordinate any additional services. If you need to move at short notice, we will also check what is possible.
Can You Also Clear My Old Home?
Yes. When agreed in advance, we can remove remaining belongings and help leave the property empty and broom-clean.
